Online Applications Forms are invited from the eligible and desirous candidates of UT of J&K / Ladakh for appearing in the Common Entrance Test (CET Engineering)-2022 for admission to Bachelor of Engineering & Technology Courses in Government/Private Colleges of UT of J&K for the academic session 2022.
Important Information
1. Receipt of online application forms: w.e.f. 17-03-2022.
2. Last date for filling the online application forms: 07-04-2022.
3. Fee Rs. 1200/- (Rupees one thousand and two hundred only) to be paid online through national
Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
4. Please download e-information Brochure from BOPEE website viz www.jkbopee.gov.in as and
when uploaded on BOPEE website before start of counselling.
5. The syllabus for the examination/test is available in the e- Information Brochure.
6. Date of Entrance Test: (Tentatively) 22-05-2022.
Submission of Online Application Forms:
The interested candidates have to upload the following scanned original / self-attested
certificates in PDF format with size from 100-200 KB along with the Application Form:-
(i) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be, however in respect
of Candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of
Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate;
(ii) Qualifying (10+2) marks certificate (whose result is declared);
(iii) Date of Birth Certificate(Matriculation certificate issued by the Board); and
(iv) Reserved category certificate, if any,
(v) TFW certificate on the prescribed proforma. (Duly renewed where ever applicable)
The candidates who have appeared/appearing in the 12th Class examination (Annual
Session 2022) can also apply and appear in the BOPEE test provisionally. However, they
shall be required to produce the marks card of the said examination in support of having
qualified the examination at the time of declaration of the result/counselling as may be
notified by the Board.
Eligibility :
a. be a Domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be, however in respect of Candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate;
b. have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized statutory Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and with at least 45% marks taken together for Open Merit Category candidates including the Children of Defence Personnel, Children of Para Military Force, Children of J&K Police Personnel
and candidates possessing outstanding proficiency in sports and 40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST and Other Socially and Educationally Backward classes.
