BGSBU Winter Vacation Notice Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri

It is hereby notified for all concerned that the University shall observe Winter Vacations as per the following schedule:

All Schools including University Polytechnic, College of Nursing Rajouri & Jammu except School of Engineering & Technology and School of Management Studies: January 01-10, 2023

For School of Engineering & Technology (excluding University Polytechnic) and School of Management Studies: January 05-14, 2023

For Nursing College, Kishtwar: Shall be notified separately

All the Principals/HODS / Deputy Director / l/c HoDs / Coordinators shall ensure that no teacher shall proceed on Winter Vacations without completing all the examinations assigned duties and without obtaining outstation leave permission which is mandatory.

Further, all the Principals / HODS / Deputy Director / l/c HoDs / Coordinators shall also ensure that all non-teaching staff and at least one teacher is available in respective Department on rotation basis who shall be accountable for the administrative responsibilities of the Department.
