The online registration forms and the documents uploaded by the candidates have been scrutinized by the Board, and, inter alia, it has been found/ noticed as under:
1. Some of the candidates who haye not qualified as per the cut off score notified by the NTA have also registered tliemselves and submitted their documents through online mode, their candidature devoid of any merits has been rejected.
2. The candidates who have been listed in Annexure "B" to this Notification have been included in the list provided by the J&K Sports Council vide communication No. SC/491-NEET PG/11184 dated 11-10-2022 on the basis of Sports points awarded to them by the J&K Sports Council. However, the candidates who have registered themselves under Sports Category, but have not been awarded any Sports points 'by the J&K Sports Council shall be treated as OM Category candidates, if otherwise, eligible in the said category.
3. Some candidates who have filled up registration forms and whose forms are deficient due to non-availability of one or more documents (which include Domicile certificate, NEET Score Card, DOB, 12th class Marks Card etc.) have been provisionally approved and shall be allowed for counselling subject to the condition that, if selected, tliey shall have to submit all the deficient documents as required by the Colleges /Institutions at the time of admission in respective College/Institution, failing which their admission shall be automatically cancelled.
