JKBOSE and Date Sheet already been notified by Joint Secretary, Exams, JD, regarding conduct of practical exams and submission of Internal / External practical awards pertaining to Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th") Session Annual Regular, Summer Zone 2022 wherein it has already been reflected that ihe practical exams (Infernal / External) shall be conducted well before the commencement of exams and immediately after the issuance of Admit cards.

Now, since the Admit Cards have been issued to all the concerned institutions. it is impressed upon all the Heads of the affiliaied Higher Secondary Institutions (Govt / Private) that they shall submit the Practical Awards, in. duplicoie (Internal / External) as per the prescribed format by or before 20 ^th of April* 2022.

3. The record of duly evaluated Answer sheels and Attendance sheets of Internal/extemal proclicos shot be maintained by the schools for future references/verification it required 4. The ente? digil Roll no, should be willen in each entry, Half Roll no.'s will not be accepted. Roll No. of absent candicates must also be reflected in the awards. No Roll number should be left blank in any case. 

5. The marks posted on the Practical Answer sheets shall essentially contain the total maria awarded to the condidole in the practical examination with breakup of mark scored by the candidate specificaly mentioning the Viva marks also The Practical awards both internal and Externall must be submitted in duplicate proper signature of the external examiner
