Eligibility 

Assistant Controller of Examinations 

Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale wherever grading system is followed alognwith a good academic record.

Private Secretary

 1. Graduate with 50% marks in any stream from a recognized University;

2. Three years Secretarial / Administrative experience;

3. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

 Estates officer 

1. B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with 3 years experience as working Engineer.

2. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

Section Officer

 1. Graduate with 50% marks with any stream from a recognized University.

2. At least three years experience as Assistant in the grade of Rs. 4200 (Pre-revised) or 08 years experience as Sr. Assistant or equivalent post in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- (pre-revised) of any Central/State/Govt. University/Public Sector undertaking;

3. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

 P.A.

 1. Graduate with 50% marks in any stream from a recognized University;

2. Proficiency in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 80 words per minute;

3. Proficiency in typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute;

4. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

5. One years’ experience as Stenographer in State/Central Government University / Autonomous organisation.

Head Assistant 

1. Graduate with 50% marks in any stream from a recognized University;

2. At least three years’ experience as Senior Assistant or equivalent Pay Band of Rs. 5200-20200+GP of Rs. 1900 from any State /Central Government / 

University / Public Sector Undertaking and other Central or State Autonomous bodies;

3. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

7 Jr. Librarian 1. Bachelor’s degree in Library Science with 50% marks from a recognized university. 

2. Three years’ experience as Library / R.R. Assistant from any State / Central/ Government University / Autonomous Organisation;

3. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

Hostel Warden 

1. Graduate with 50% marks in any Stream from any recognized University. Preferably three years working experience in public relations / Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized University;

2. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

Senior Assistant 

1. Graduate with 50% marks in any stream from a recognized University;

2. At least three years’ experience as Jr. Assistant or equivalent Pay Band of Rs. 5200-202000+GP of Rs. 1900 (pre-revised) of any State / Central / Government University / Public Sector Undertaking and other Central or 

State Autonomous bodies;

3. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute.

Junior Assistant

 1. Graduate with 50% marks in any stream from a recognized University;

2. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute;

3. Proficiency in Typing in English with minimum speed of 35 words per minute;

 

Library Assistant 

1. Bachelors in Library Science with 50% marks from a recognized university

2. Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute

Lab. Assistant

 1.Graduate in Science Stream with 50% marks from a recognised university;

2.Minimum six months computer course from a registered institute Lab. Bearer Matriculate or its equivalent from a recognized Board /University.

 Library Bearer 

Matriculate or its equivalent from a recognized Board /University.
